At the request of the GNP+ team, Fek Tayri contributed its expertise in strengthening advocacy efforts for healthcare access, particularly in the fight against HIV. The consultancy’s involvement focused on several key pillars: the development and publication of a structured, action-oriented advocacy strategy; the translation and localization of the strategy into French and Arabic to ensure broader, inclusive outreach; logistical support for organizing a two-day workshop with GNP+’s local partner organizations in Morocco; and the facilitation of collaborative sessions with these organizations to co-create a concrete action plan rooted in the realities of communities directly affected by healthcare access barriers. Through this collaboration, Fek Tayri reaffirmed its commitment to empowering local and transnational initiatives in implementing participatory, community-driven advocacy strategies that drive tangible impact.
