Through its associate director, Fek Tayri Consulting was commissioned by Altair Asesores to support Morocco’s National Commission for Coordinating Measures to Combat and Prevent Human Trafficking and its secretariat in fulfilling their mandates under Law 27-14, as part of an EU-funded partnership. The consultancy provided comprehensive assistance to institutionalize the Commission’s role, strengthen its organizational and managerial capacities, and ensure effective implementation of the law. This intervention aimed to enhance coordination and operational efficiency in Morocco’s anti-trafficking efforts, fostering improved collaboration among stakeholders. By aligning strategies with international standards and local legal frameworks, the project sought to bolster the Commission’s ability to protect victims, prosecute offenders, and prevent exploitation. The support emphasized sustainable governance structures and reinforced ethical, rights-based approaches to combating human trafficking nationwide.
