This resource outlines foundational ethical principles, core values, and actionable guidelines for practice.

Designed to align with Morocco’s distinct sociocultural and legal landscape, the framework also adheres to globally recognized standards and best practices. Its primary aim is to systematize and unify interventions across the sector while ensuring nondiscriminatory, equitable, and high-quality service provision for all communities.
