Project Description
This project represents a significant contribution to strengthening the mental health of migrant frontline workers supporting their communities in Morocco. Leveraging its expertise, the Fek Tayri team provided therapeutic guidance to these practitioners through a six-month series of workshops addressing critical themes such as isolation, trust, solidarity, and emotional distance in their roles. Additionally, a psychosocial support guide was developed to equip practitioners involved in migrant mental health initiatives with tools to address the needs of their communities while safeguarding their own mental well-being. The guide emphasizes self-care practices, resilience-building strategies, and ethical frameworks to ensure sustainable, compassionate care. By fostering both individual and collective resilience, the project aimed to enhance the capacity of frontline workers to navigate complex challenges while maintaining their psychological health in high-stress environments.
